HOT FOOD
-Keep food temperatur at least 60c when transfer,display and serve
-Do not the mix new food and the old food
-The temperatur heater must be more than 60c to preserving food 60c
-At the end of the serving food  to be dispose ofwhen the temperatur drop from 60c
COLD FOOD
-Cold food must be temperatur at a temperatur <5c during storage after cooked,transfer,display   and serve.
-Food that is stored at <5c can be used for both use
-New food can not mix with the old food
               MINIMUM TEMPERATUR COOKING
-Raw meat to roast                 54 c                 
-Pork                                     63 c
-Ground beef                           68 c
-Seafood,fish,egg                    63 c
-Poultry                                 74 c
-Meat and stuffing                  74 c
-Other food items                   60 c
